DPF saved me in excess of $8,618 per year.

I emailed David last month with a gripe about my interest rates that I was currently paying. I had been a great customer to the bank for 4 years and watching my rates go up infuriated me while new loans customers were paying less. After a week I was advised by David that after going into bat for me against this bank I was delighted to be told that my interest rates would be reduced saving me in excess of $8,618 per year. This is a family holiday that I can now fund each year because of his master stroke. Thanks David.
